My Services
Personalized therapy for BURNOUT, FAITH questions, and RELATIONSHIPS that matter.
Couples & Premarital Counseling
Counseling for couples who are drifting, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or preparing for marriage, focused on honest communication, healthy conflict, and building a strong, lasting partnership.
Faith, Doubt, & Religious Disenchantment
A safe space to process church hurt, shifting beliefs, or spiritual exhaustion, so you can make sense of your story and move forward with integrity and peace.
Individual Therapy for Burnout & Self-Discovery
Support for adults who feel exhausted, numb, or stuck on autopilot, helping you understand what’s draining you and reconnect with a life that feels meaningful and aligned.
Couples Counseling & Premarital Support
Whether you’re preparing for marriage or trying to find your way back to each other, couples counseling focuses on strengthening your friendship, honesty, and teamwork.
We’ll map out the patterns that keep you stuck—misunderstandings, shutdowns, repeating fights—and build practical skills for communication, conflict, and repair.
In premarital work, we’ll also walk through core topics like money, family, sex, faith, roles, and expectations, so you’re not just planning a wedding but building a resilient long-term partnership.
Stress, Anxiety, & Burnout
When life feels like constant output with no real refill, individual therapy gives you space to stop running on fumes.
We’ll look at what’s driving your exhaustion—work, family, faith, expectations, old patterns—and how it’s showing up in your body, emotions, and relationships.
Together, we’ll clarify what actually matters to you now and experiment with realistic changes, so you can move from survival mode toward a life that feels more grounded, energized, and true to who you are.
Religious & Spiritual Support
If you’re wrestling with church hurt, shifting beliefs, or feeling like the version of faith you inherited no longer fits, this space is for you.
Our work isn’t about fixing you or forcing you back into old boxes—it’s about honestly naming your experiences, grief, anger, questions, and hopes.
We’ll explore how your story, values, and spirituality intersect now, and support you as you discern what a healthy, authentic relationship with God, community, or meaning might look like going forward.
FAQs
What kinds of clients do you work with?
I work primarily with adults and couples navigating burnout, identity and faith questions, relational drift, premarital preparation, and major life transitions.
Are you licensed?
Yes—I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I provide therapy to clients in the states where I hold an active license (currently AR & TN).
What can I expect in the first session?
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you in, and begin clarifying your goals; we’ll move at your pace and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
How long will I need to be in therapy?
It depends on your goals, history, and what you’re working through, but many people start with weekly sessions, and then we'll adjust the frequency together as things begin to stabilize or improve.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
Right now I offer secure online therapy sessions, so you can meet from home or another private space as long as you’re located in a state where I’m licensed.
What is your approach?
My approach is warm, honest, and practical. We’ll take time to understand your story and what’s not working, then work together on clear goals and realistic tools you can use in everyday life.
